Is parking free?
Yes. Parking is free.
When is the park open?

What is the weather policy?
No refunds are issued for weather. If the park closes for 30 minutes or more due to weather, guests with a same-day admission receipt may receive a complimentary return ticket.
Is there a Lost & Found?
Yes. Lost & Found is located at the Front Gate. Reports are held for seven days.
Tickets & Online Purchases:
Do I need an email to buy tickets online?
Email registration is required for Season Pass purchases. Daily tickets do not require registration.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How do I receive my tickets or Season Pass?
Season Passes are picked up at the park with your confirmation.
Daily tickets are emailed and can be printed or scanned at entry.
Can I reprint my tickets?
Yes. Log in to the Membership Portal to access your tickets and passes.
Admission & Pricing:
How much is admission?
Visit the Daily Admission page for current pricing. Children 2 and under are free.
What does a Season Pass include?
Unlimited visits to your selected park during regular operating days, early entry, and seasonal perks.
Are group discounts available?
Yes. Groups may save 10%–20%. Visit the Group Outings page for details.
Can I leave and re-enter the park?
Yes, with a hand stamp or re-entry wristband.
Do you offer refunds or spectator rates?
No. Hawaiian Falls does not offer refunds or non-swimmer discounts.
Amenities & Services:
Is first aid available?
Yes. EMTs and First Aid stations are on site.
Can I bring my own floats or life jackets?
Outside floats are not allowed. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted and available for free while supplies last.
Are lockers available?
Yes. Keyless electronic lockers are available for rent.
Can I bring food or coolers?
Food and drinks are allowed for a $20 cooler fee and are subject to inspection.
Factory-sealed water bottles are allowed at no charge.
Park Guidelines:
Are there height requirements?
Yes. Requirements vary by ride and are available at the Front Gate.
What swimwear is allowed?
Family-appropriate swimwear only. No denim, thong styles, or offensive graphics.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Hawaiian Falls is smoke-free. Designated areas are located outside the park.
Is the water safe?
Yes. Water quality meets or exceeds all health and safety standards and is tested regularly.
Are there safety precautions in place?
Enhanced cleaning protocols remain in place. Guests feeling ill should not attend.
