Park Rules & Code of Conduct

To help create a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment, all guests must follow the rules outlined below.

Admission & Supervision

All guests entering the park must have a valid ticket or Season Pass, including spectators. Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a guest age 16 or older.

Guest Conduct

Admission may be denied or revoked without refund for:

  • Suspected intoxication from alcohol or drugs

Dress Code

  • Family-appropriate swimwear only
  • No thongs, speedos, transparent clothing, or offensive graphics
  • No denim, sweatpants, or clothing with metal, buckles, or studs on attractions
  • Sunscreen and water shoes are strongly recommended to prevent burns

Open wounds

  • Improper swim attire
  • Abusive, profane, or threatening language toward guests or staff
  • Loitering in or around the park, including the parking lot

Guests must follow all posted rules and the instructions of Hawaiian Falls staff at all times.

Safety Rules

  • No running, diving, or excessive horseplay
  • Glass items and sharp objects are not permitted
  • Prosthetics are allowed on attractions if wrapped in protective material
  • Breastfeeding is welcome at all parks
  • Prohibited Items & Activities
  • Smoking, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, alcohol, lighters, and illegal substances
  • Firearms (open or concealed carry), per Texas Penal Code 30.06 & 30.07
  • Non-service animals (only service animals are permitted)

Cleanliness & Courtesy

  • Please dispose of trash properly and help keep the park clean
  • Respect fellow guests and staff

Hawaiian Falls reserves the right to remove or suspend any guest without refund for violating park rules or engaging in behavior that compromises safety or operations. Serious violations may result in arrest.
