Connections is an opportunity to serve Hawaiian Falls Staff. Connections where local churches get to reach out, train, build character and offer, help, encouragement, spiritual services and advice to Hawaiian Falls Ambassadors. Each park has two Connections gatherings per week; typically Monday and Thursday evenings at 6:30 p.m. We also meet regularly with the executive staff and are often seen at the “water cooler” with refreshments, smiles and encouragement.
Connections is more than a hospitality program or EAC. We love people because Christ loved people and we want to serve for the same reason. Connections partners with Hawaiian Falls, EmployeeCare, over 35 local Churches and PureGroup to provide this high impact service.
Our program is designed to be largely relational but we also offer the following services for our HFalls Ambassadors:
- weekly gatherings for training
- mentoring and encouragement
- large gatherings for staff and friend
- end of year silent auction and party
- executive staff training
- pastoral counseling
- hospital and jail visitation
- crises management
- prayer opportunities
