The experience you will gain as a Hawaiian Falls ambassador can be applied to a variety of career paths. We love to see our seasonal ambassadors gain the knowledge and experience necessary to confidently pursue the professional opportunities ahead of them.

 

Complimentary Tickets

Ambassadors receive their own Hawaiian Falls Season Pass, valid at all 5 locations. So when you just can’t get enough of the waterpark, join us even on your day off. And what’s a trip to the waterpark without your friends and family. As a Hawaiian Falls ambassador you will also receive 4 daily admission tickets per month you work to make sure your friends and family can join in the fun.

Leadership

Hawaiian Falls offers leadership opportunities in all departments. Being a leader at Hawaiian Falls is rewarding, exciting and a great resume builder. Leaders at Hawaiian Falls are expected to embrace a servant-leadership approach to supervising. Work experience required; previous leadership experience preferred. All training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years old.


Cash Control

Hawaiian Falls Cash Control ambassadors are in charge of monitoring and supervising all cash flow within the park, balancing vault activity and ensuring all policies and procedures are correctly followed park wide. Experience in money handling required. All training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years old.


EMT

Hawaiian Falls EMT’s provide basic first aid to our guests when called upon. In addition, the EMT is tasked with responding to medical incidents as they arise on park property. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. NOTE: Minimum EMT-B certification required. Must be able to lift 20-50 lbs. Must be at least 18 years old.


Food & Beverage and Retail

Hawaiian Falls Food & Beverage/Retail ambassadors ensure quality food and customer service to our guests. This includes but is not limited to preparing, cooking and serving various food offerings, cashiering and customer service-related tasks. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. No experience necessary; all training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years of age to perform certain duties.


Front Gate

Hawaiian Falls Front Gate ambassadors ensure quick and friendly service to all guests entering the park. This includes, but not limited to serving as a cashier, checking coolers/bags, and scanning tickets for entry. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. No experience necessary; all training provided.


Lifeguard

Hawaiian Falls Lifeguards are tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests during their visit to our park. This includes monitoring pool areas, enforcing rules, assisting guests in need and being responsive to situations that may arise. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. No experience necessary. Our lifeguard certification course is conducted in-house and will require a fee to be certified. Subsequent training is provided.


Park Services & Maintenance

Hawaiian Falls Park Services & Maintenance ambassadors ensure the general cleanliness and upkeep of the park. Attention to detail and a desire to maintain a clean environment for our guests is a must. At times, park services ambassadors will be trained to assist in various projects around the park. No experience necessary; all training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years of age to perform certain duties.


Slide Attendant

Hawaiian Falls Slide Attendants are tasked with ensuring the safety of our guests during their visit to ours park. This includes but is not limited to enforcing attraction rules, giving clear instructions to guests, and facilitating a fun experience each and every ride. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. No experience necessary; all training provided.


Cabana Attendant

Hawaiian Falls Cabana Attendants ensure fast and friendly food & beverage (F&B) service to assigned private cabanas. As a cabana attendant you will be tasked with taking/fulfilling guest orders, maintaining cabana cleanliness, and communicating effectively with the various park departments as it relates to ensure top notch customer service. This position works for tips, so the opportunities are endless. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. No experience necessary but wait service experience is preferred; all training provided.


Receptionist/Admin

Hawaiian Falls Receptionist are tasked with providing top notch customer service to our guests. Answering customer calls for assistance and ensuring prompt responses from our leadership team is among the daily priorities of the receptionist. When called upon, receptionists assist with administrative duties in collaboration with other park departments. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests. Organizational skills are preferred. No experience necessary; all training provided.


Parking

Hawaiian Falls Parking Attendants are tasked with greeting customers upon their arrival and offering special parking opportunities that are available. At times, parking attendants will also provide guest transportation to and from the parking lot. This position is highly relational, and service oriented. Must be able to communicate effectively with other team members and guests. No experience necessary; all training is provided. NOTE: Must be at least 18 years of age to perform certain duties.


Jr. Ambassador

Hawaiian Falls Junior Ambassadors are individuals who are aspiring to enter the workforce earlier than most. Junior Ambassadors receive training in Front Gate, Food and Beverage, Park Services and Water Safety operations. We are offering a standard work schedule, Monday through Friday, during the summer months to eager applicants who are looking for an awesome first job! This position requires commitment, a desire to learn and a willingness to have fun! Note: Must be 15 years old to apply.
