Season Passes purchased after April 12th will be processed at the park and can be picked up at the park on your first visit starting May 27th during regular operating hours or use your NEW Digital Season Passes.*
Season Pass Coupon Sheets, Season Cooler Passes and Season Drink Cups can be picked up at the park during regular operating hours while supplies last.
*Must bring email confirmation to park to redeem for Season Pass Key Tag if you are not using Digital Season Pass. Email confirmation must also be shown at park to receive Season Pass Coupon Sheets.
MEMBERSHIP PORTAL FAQs
Q: I went to login with my old email address - it said I did not have an account, so I created a new one. Was this correct? Were the old logins deleted?
A: We switched to a new online system and you will need to create a new account. You will not be able to access your old account as it has been deactivated in the old system.
Q: I am unable to upload my season pass pictures on each guest, it says it cannot be edited.
A: Season pass pictures will be uploaded by Hawaiian Falls if you have sent in your photos to email@example.com or taken on your first visit to the park.
Q: When I go to my digital passes, I see the barcode for each guest, however when I go to membership, it says I don't have any. Has my account automatically been connected with my season passes I already bought? I have not entered any of the pass information, just name and date of birth.
A: We are working on migrating all previously purchased season passes to our new system. The season passes you have purchased will be linked to your new account once everything is migrated over.
